We use only the finest and purest ingredients and absolutely no chemicals, no preservatives and no colour. Every jar is made separately from fresh Cukes, Dill & Garlic. The white sediment on the bottom of the jar is there because the pickles are fermented in the very jar you bought them in. They are never repacked or pasteurized, just like at home. Please protect this natural product from light, and always keep refrigerated to preserve the garlic flavour. The unique taste of these pickles come from a recipe I learned from my uncle Gienek back in Poland. In North America I missed the taste so much, that I started making the pickles for myself and now for you. If you are feeling low on energy, very thirsty (or hung-over) drink some of the left over pickle juice.
